Role Description
We are looking for a
Performance Creative Strategist
who understands that today's best-performing ads are built on insightsβnot guesswork. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, consumer psychology, creative strategy, and e-commerce. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts that drive customer acquisition and revenue across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google, and other paid media channels.
Working closely with our paid media buyers, designers, video editors, creators, and brand teams, you will transform performance insights into compelling ad creatives that convert. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury, or premium consumer brands through paid social advertising and understands what separates a beautiful ad from a profitable one.
What You'll Accomplish

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, paid social creative, growth marketing, or e-commerce marketing.

Experience working with beauty, skincare, luxury, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands.

Proven success creating performance-driven creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
-
Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journey.

Experience partnering with paid media teams to optimize creative performance.

Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative recommendations.

Excellent creative briefing and communication skills.
