Role Description
This role involves managing product content and promotional activities for the online store.
- Upload and manage product content on the website, including product listings, launches, and promotions.
- Launch and analyze promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the performance of the online store and campaigns.
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with international markets for product launches and localizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce content management.
- Expertise in product insertion, highlighting, and removal on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong skills in analyzing metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Experience in managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Experience in international projects and cross-market coordination.
