Role Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Location: Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

The DTC Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and additional performance channels. This role is highly execution-focused, with ownership over campaign performance, optimization, and reporting. The primary objective is to drive profitable growth by improving ROAS, customer acquisition efficiency, and full-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Execution
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and social platforms.
  • Own targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative testing.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while identifying and pausing underperforming initiatives.
  • Use Performance Max campaigns, and able to set up manual campaigns.
• Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance.
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and inform scaling decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad assets based on performance insights.
  • Stay current on advertising platform updates, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Weekly reports and daily updates on ad performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns on Google and Meta.
• Proven experience running performance-driven e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into action.
• Proficiency in paid media optimization across search and social platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, testing creatives, and optimizing full-funnel performance.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Bing or X is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulated advertising environments is a plus.
