[Hiring] Director, Retail Media Consulting @EPAM Systems

Role Description

Shape the future of marketing with AI-driven retail media strategies at Empathy Lab. We are looking for an entrepreneurial retail media consultant to join our team and support the growth of EPAM’s US and global retail media proposition.

• Promote and deliver solutions that help retailers solve emerging challenges in retail media strategy, agentic AI platform development, data integration, business process optimization, omnichannel planning and measurement.
• Leverage EPAM’s strength in custom software development, agentic AI, data science and product development to provide retailers with customized technology and data solutions.
• Support the delivery of our US go-to-market strategy by identifying key propositions, client verticals and prospect attributes while developing sales collateral.
• Educate internal client leads on retail media and evangelize the proposition to their retail accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive new business opportunities by leveraging your network among major retailers and industry partners.
• Manage key client stakeholders through the discovery and delivery phases. Support delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal partners to maximize growth across a portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in retail media with the ability to solve client problems across retailer, agency and ad tech verticals.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment within a large organization to help grow a new business unit.
• Track record of developing and delivering consultative solutions to help clients overcome critical business challenges.
• Background in management consulting with a highly commercial mindset and solid technical understanding.
• History of successfully developing and growing long-term client relationships.
• Problem-solving approach with a focus on creative thinking and adaptable strategies.
• Clear communication and seasoned presentation abilities for engaging with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous start-up experience in an agency or ad tech environment.
