Requirements

  • Define and execute paid acquisition strategy across search, social, affiliate, app install, programmatic, CTV, direct mail, and emerging channels.
  • Evaluate channel performance holistically, optimizing how channels work together across the customer journey.
  • Own acquisition across both sides of the marketplace, tailoring strategies to distinct audience dynamics.
  • Continuously assess what to scale, test, or pause based on performance and incrementality.
  • Partner with Analytics to strengthen measurement infrastructure, including attribution models and incrementality testing.

  • Develop and maintain CAC and LTV models that reflect changing marginal costs at scale.
  • Manage the full paid acquisition budget, including allocation, pacing, and real-time optimization.
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance rhythms tied to acquisition volume, CAC, and customer value.
  • Proactively reallocate spend based on performance signals—without waiting for scheduled reviews.

  • Balance automation with human judgment to maximize both efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Creative to run structured, high-volume testing programs with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Scale creative output while maintaining rigor and quality.
