Role Description
This role involves leading our marketing efforts and driving awareness, growth, and customer engagement for our cutting-edge health tech solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers) that highlights the value of AI-powered insights and value-based care solutions.
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer feedback and market insights, ensuring our marketing efforts meet the needs of healthcare providers.
- Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a creative, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
- Strengthen our brand presence in the health tech space, positioning us as a thought leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in health tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in value-based care, EHR systems, and AI applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- This position may be primarily remote, with some presence in our Denver, Colorado office necessary at times.
- This position requires regular travel to visit current and potential customers.
- The ability to work productively and without interruption or distraction during Mountain Time business hours is essential.
