Role Description

Port View Resources is recruiting a Director of Digital Marketing for a fully remote, AI-forward creative and performance agency. The Agency serves clients in healthcare, insurance, legal, home services, entertainment, and travel. It treats paid media and CRM as one integrated performance engine. You'll lead the digital department, sit on the Agency's leadership team, and report to the SVP of Strategy.

• Lead and develop a team of paid media specialists and CRM/marketing automation strategists: coaching, performance reviews, workflows and quality standards.
• Own paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic.
• Lead the CRM and automation practice, primarily in HighLevel, building funnels from lead capture and qualification through nurture, appointment booking, sales handoff, and retention.
• Connect CRM data to ad platforms for targeting, suppression, and lookalike audiences.
• Build attribution and reporting frameworks that show ROI from first click to closed revenue.
• Guide campaigns in regulated industries with a working knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Act as the senior digital voice in client strategy sessions, QBRs, new business pitches and RFPs.
• Bring AI tools and new MarTech into the practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with real depth in both paid media and CRM/marketing automation. Agency experience strongly preferred.
• 2–3+ years leading a team with direct reports.
• Expert-level Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus at least one of LinkedIn, TikTok or a programmatic DSP.
• Hands-on experience building CRM programs in HighLevel strongly preferred. HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
• Proven experience architecting full-funnel automation: lead capture, qualification, multi-step nurture and pipeline triggers.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, legal or home services, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
• Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution and dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
• Ability to explain complex strategy clearly to CMOs and business owners.
• Organized, self-directed and experienced leading in a remote, multi-client environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HighLevel or HubSpot certifications a plus.
