Role Description

Build a customer advocacy and community function from the ground up at a high-growth healthcare AI company. You will turn customer outcomes into stories, references, and peer engagement that support growth across the business.

What You'll Do

• Build a Customer Advisory Board, including member recruitment, charter development, and initial engagement planning.
• Launch a customer reference program and establish a regular cadence for case studies, testimonials, and video content.
• Create a customer speaker bureau and prepare customers to participate in events, webinars, and press opportunities.
• Bring customer evidence into the website, sales materials, account-based marketing campaigns, and executive communications.
• Develop reporting to measure program impact, including pipeline contribution, references delivered, stories produced, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience in B2B customer marketing, customer advocacy, or product marketing.
• Experience building customer advocacy or reference programs from scratch, including developing a clear recruitment and engagement approach for a Customer Advisory Board.
• B2B enterprise experience, preferably in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated industry, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Background at a high-growth B2B startup or established company, and comfort building programs in an evolving environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management tools.

Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000 to $200,000 annually.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
