We are looking for a visionary Director of Brand Strategy to be the foundational architect of our brand. This isn't just about setting a vision—it's about building the operating system for how our brand wins. You are a strategic powerhouse who thrives on hands-on execution, capable of moving from 30,000-foot strategy to daily tactical deployment. You will be the ultimate owner of our brand narrative, community connection, and cultural relevance, ensuring every touchpoint delivers outsized, commercially impactful results.

Manage budgets efficiently while maximizing creative and cultural ROI.
Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on brand strategy or brand marketing experience, ideally within the apparel space.

Proven track record operating and scaling a brand in a high-growth, high-ambiguity DTC environment.
