Role Description

As Director of B2B & Content Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of Pair Team's commercial marketing and content engine. You'll sit at the intersection of two critical priorities:

  • Driving B2B marketing that accelerates pipeline and market expansion across health plan, health system, network, and state partnerships.
  • Building a content strategy that wins on SEO, social, and earned media to establish Pair Team as the category-defining voice in AI-powered care delivery.

You will partner closely with various leadership teams to translate business priorities into marketing programs that enhance revenue, brand authority, and market entry. This role requires a hands-on operator who can produce high-caliber content while managing external partners to scale output.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • B2B Marketing Strategy & Commercial Enablement:
    • Own the translation of Growth and Commercial strategy into quarterly, KPI-driven marketing roadmaps.
    • Develop and maintain Pair Teamโ€™s B2B messaging playbook.
    • Conduct and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform positioning and strategy.
    • Lead development of RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and related opportunity materials.
    • Turn business priorities into clear pitch narratives and value propositions.
    • Drive conference and event strategy and execution.
    • Own execution of webinars, B2B newsletters, and targeted outreach campaigns.
    • Coordinate and manage CRM and marketing automation workflows.
  • Content Strategy & Earned Media:
    • Build and own Pair Teamโ€™s content strategy across various channels.
    • Drive SEO performance and develop a keyword strategy.
    • Own social media strategy and execution across company and executive channels.
    • Partner with clinical and product leaders to produce differentiated content.
    • Collaborate with PR leadership on earned media strategy.
    • Build scalable content production workflows.
    • Manage and grow a social calendar for senior leaders.
  • Creative Production, Collateral & Sales Enablement:
    • Lead creation and maintenance of all B2B marketing assets.
    • Build and manage a scalable workflow for asset requests.
    • Lead development of B2B and partner-facing website content.
    • Develop and refine payer and partner reporting materials.
    • Create target-specific materials tailored to market conditions.
  • Executive & Organizational Support:
    • Develop and refine decks and presentations for leadership use.
    • Partner with various teams to ensure all materials reflect accurate operations.
    • Execute on high-priority organizational marketing needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience across demand generation, content marketing, and B2B/commercial marketing.
  • Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or government-sponsored health programs.
  • A proven track record of building and executing content programs.
  • Ability to partner with Growth and Commercial leaders.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and enabling sales and partnership teams.
  • Strong market intelligence and positioning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing and sales tech stacks.
  • Experience building, managing, or scaling content functions.
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of tying marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience operating in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Deep alignment with Pair Teamโ€™s mission.

Bonus Points for any of the following:

  • Experience marketing AI/technology products in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare go-to-market partnership development.
  • Background in both B2B and DTC marketing within healthcare.
  • Experience with video content production, podcast strategy, or multimedia storytelling.
