Role Description
The Director of Affiliate Marketing is responsible for leading and growing the affiliate marketing program for the company’s portfolio of brands. This role provides strategic leadership over affiliate marketing performance, partner development, budget optimization, and team development to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency through scalable affiliate and performance marketing programs.

Lead the strategic direction and growth of the organization’s affiliate marketing channels.

Establish, develop, and manage high-impact relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, strategic partners, and external stakeholders.

Oversee affiliate channel performance, budget allocation, and full-funnel analytics.

Partner with internal teams including analytics, finance, sales, operations, legal, creative, and digital marketing.

Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing affiliate marketing team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, training, and experience.

10+ years of affiliate marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, or related digital marketing leadership experience.

Experience managing affiliate marketing programs across both network and/or partnership-based models.

Experience managing affiliate and lead generation programs at scale with significant revenue accountability.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Requirements

Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic advertising, and email marketing.

Knowledge of various affiliate networks and platforms.

Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, attribution methodologies, and performance analytics tools.

Occasional overnight travel is required (1-10%).

Additional and non-standard hours may be required (exempt).
