The Director, Database & PRS Marketing leads the strategy, development, and execution of marketing data capabilities that support patient and healthcare provider (HCP) recruitment. This role directly influences the success of patient and HCP recruitment efforts by ensuring high-quality, scalable data assets and actionable insights. The Director will be instrumental in advancing data-driven marketing capabilities and improving recruitment outcomes through innovative use of real-world data.

Provides leadership and oversight for a team of marketing data analysts; recruits, develops, and retains talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Defines and executes the strategy for maintaining, enriching, and expanding the proprietary PFDS Patient and HCP Registry.

Oversees data management, analytics, and reporting across the end-to-end patient recruitment funnel, ensuring visibility into performance and conversion metrics.

Establishes standardized reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and optimize recruitment outcomes.

Partners cross-functionally with marketing, digital, clinical operations, and technology teams to enable targeted, data-driven patient and HCP recruitment campaigns.

Leads the application of real-world data (RWD) to enhance segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies.

Ensures data integrity, quality, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and company policies.

Communicates insights, trends, and recommendations to clients to inform future strategy and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

Previous marketing analytics or data strategy experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ yearsβ experience).

5+ years leading and managing teams.

Demonstrated experience working with marketing data, analytics, and reporting tools.

Experience with healthcare, patient, or HCP data and recruitment funnels.

Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Benefits

The annual salary range estimated for this position is $160,000- $200,000.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
