Role Description
We are seeking a Coordinator, Digital/Social to support execution of social campaigns across trending and emerging platforms. This is an entry-level role for someone organized, curious, and plugged into culture; someone who quickly spots what's trending and can keep a busy campaign on track.
Responsibilities

Social Execution & Trends

Execute approved social posting and maintain content calendars, ensuring posts go live accurately and on time.

Monitor live posts and audience conversation, flagging notable reactions and reactive opportunities.

Run daily trend sweeps on memes, formats, sounds, and cultural moments.

Support copywriting, captions, tagging, and quality checks before publishing.

Project & Asset Organization
-
Organize and maintain client assets, approved creative, and deliverables with clear file naming and versioning.

Track assets, approvals, deliverables, and posting dates, flagging missing materials or blockers.

Prepare creative for internal and client review, maintaining current versions and feedback rounds.

Support Social Managers and Producers with project trackers and delivery schedules.

Production Support & Development

Train with Producers to learn production processes, media plans, and delivery workflows.

Support Producers on larger campaigns with file management, review uploads, and quality control.

Take on ownership of lower-lift digital and display projects with Producer oversight.

Campaign & Team Support
-
Pull social metrics, screenshots, and notable moments for reporting and recaps.

Support research for pitches, brainstorms, and campaign planning.

Participate in kickoffs, status meetings, and planning sessions.
Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a related role (those without entertainment experience are still encouraged to apply).

Fluency in current and emerging social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter) with a genuine interest in trends and culture.
