Main Responsibilities:

Own PDP quality, accuracy, and performance across major retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger).

Develop and maintain standardized, brand-aligned PDP content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, imagery).

Audit digital shelf content regularly to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimization.

Partner cross-functionally (brand, regulatory, category, and sales teams) to align content with brand standards and campaigns.

Lead retail media creative execution—translating briefs into high-performing ads, banners, stores, and video assets.

Optimize the digital shopper journey using insights, analytics, and A/B testing to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., content scores, share of search, conversion, ROAS) and refine strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail media, or shopper marketing.

Strong understanding of major retail .com platforms and their content syndication requirements (1WorldSync, Syndigo, Salsify, etc.).

Hands-on experience with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Citrus Ads, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy and consumer insights into effective digital content.

Proficiency in analytics tools; ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working in a CPG, FMCG, or consumer brand environment preferred.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00.

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
