Role Description
A leading music streaming company seeks a Digital Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and vendor relationships. This role is responsible for managing campaign operations, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, social, display, affiliate).

Manage day-to-day coordination with external partners, including projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables.

Oversee marketing operations processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions.

Assist with onboarding new partners, including media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation.

Support pixel implementation and troubleshoot tracking issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate campaign setup tasks, including trafficking, UTM generation, creative updates, and QA of ad units.

Partner cross-functionally with teams such as legal, privacy, and brand to support campaign execution.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing tests and new initiatives.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or partner management.

Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred.
Requirements

Hourly pay: $55-$65/hr
