Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist [LATAM] to build, drive, and scale Sumsub’s B2B demand generation strategy across key Latin American markets.

This role is an exciting opportunity to own the regional digital presence from the ground up, with full creative freedom to test new channels, manage strategic budgets, and directly fuel our hyper-growth in LATAM.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build, own, and execute the B2B digital marketing and demand generation strategy across key LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia).
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across core digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Drive demand and acquisition pipeline focused on generating qualified leads and completed product demos.
• Test local LATAM platforms, channels, and tactics, turning insights into scalable acquisition hypotheses.
• Align digital strategy with business priorities by collaborating closely with Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing and digital acquisition with longer sales cycles.
• Strong strategic mindset paired with practical, recent experience managing paid channels or directly steering performance agencies.
• Proven track record in campaign planning, channel budget allocation, and funnel analytics to optimize cost per demo.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM B2B landscape and regional market nuances.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication and cross-functional skills.

Requirements

• Background in FinTech, RegTech, Cybersecurity, compliance, or complex SaaS environments (nice to have).
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and frameworks (nice to have).
