Role Description
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for designing and leading high-level digital strategies that guide campaign execution across paid, organic, and owned channels. This role is more strategic than operational, focusing on planning, forecasting, positioning, and performance frameworks.

Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives

Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking

Define channel mix strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and social

Build quarterly and annual digital growth roadmaps

Performance & Forecasting

Create performance projections, budget allocation models, and ROI forecasts

Define measurable KPIs and performance benchmarks

Analyze campaign data to refine strategy and identify scaling opportunities

Develop attribution models and tracking frameworks

Channel Strategy Development
-
Design paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok)

Oversee SEO and content growth frameworks

Develop customer journey and lifecycle marketing strategies

Align messaging with brand positioning and conversion objectives

Client & Internal Leadership

Lead strategy presentations and performance reviews

Serve as strategic advisor for key accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy or performance marketing

Proven ability to build and scale multi-channel marketing strategies

Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and reporting

Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content marketing, and conversion funnels

Experience using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, etc.)

Strong communication and presentation skills
