[Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist @Helper Heroes

Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Marketing Unicorn to lead our lead generation and brand awareness efforts. You will be responsible for the entire "Lead Lifecycle"—from managing Google and Meta Ads to making initial outreach calls and ensuring a "hot transfer" to our care coordination team. This role requires a rare blend of technical ad management and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Digital Advertising & Traffic
  • Google Ads (SEM): Manage local search campaigns, optimize negative keywords, and monitor "Cost Per Lead."
  • Facebook/Meta Ads: Design and run lead-generation ads targeting "Sandwich Generation" caregivers (ages 45–65).
  • Conversion Tracking: Ensure all leads from ads are tracked accurately via CRM and call-tracking software.
• Social Media & Reputation Management
  • Schedule 3–5 educational posts per week (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Proactively manage Google Business Profile reviews and respond to community inquiries.
  • Join and engage in local "Caregiver Support" and "Senior Living" groups to establish brand authority.
• Outreach & Lead Management
  • Research and call local referral sources (Hospitals, SNFs, Doctors' offices) to set up introductory meetings.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone/web-chat. Provide an empathetic "first touch" and perform "Hot Transfers" for urgent cases, and schedule home assessment for final closing.
  • Manage monthly newsletters to our database of past clients and professional partners.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Ads Expertise: Proven track record in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (specific experience in home care or healthcare is a massive plus).
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot), CallRail, and Canva.
• Empathetic Sales Ability: Your tone must reflect that you are helping a family in crisis.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reporting on ROI, CAC (Cost to Acquire a Customer), and conversion rates weekly.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Lead Volume: Number of qualified inquiries per month.
• CPL (Cost Per Lead): Keeping ad spend efficient within our target range.
• Review Rating: Maintaining a 5 star rating on Google.
• Appointment Rate: Percentage of leads converted into a home assessment.
