[Hiring] Digital Marketing & SEO Virtual Assistant @Rockstar

Role Description

This is a remote position. Rockstar is hiring a full-time Marketing & SEO Virtual Assistant on behalf of an industrial equipment distributor looking to strengthen their online presence and marketing outreach. This role covers the full range of digital marketing for the business:

• Website management
• SEO strategy and execution
• Email marketing through Constant Contact
• Social media management

The ideal candidate has genuine, hands-on SEO experience and is comfortable owning marketing efforts independently, from website updates to building out email campaigns and maintaining an active social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & SEO
  • Manage and update the company website on an ongoing basis
  • Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
  • Monitor website and search performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Email Marketing
  • Build and manage email campaigns through Constant Contact
  • Maintain and segment email contact lists
  • Track email performance and adjust strategy based on results
• Social Media
  • Manage social media presence across relevant platforms
  • Create and schedule content consistent with the company's brand
  • Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries or comments as needed
• Tools & Systems
  • Constant Contact
  • Website CMS platform
  • Social media management/scheduling tools
  • SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar)

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on SEO experience required
• Prior experience managing websites and executing SEO strategy
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
• Social media management experience across common platforms
• Comfortable working independently and owning marketing execution end-to-end
• Strong written English communication skills
