Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. An established California wellness center offering chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and related wellness services is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement Virtual Assistant.

The immediate priority is finding a proactive marketing professional who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution, particularly:

• Social media
• Content creation and scheduling
• Email/SMS campaigns
• Patient nurture workflows

The client has an existing library of professional photos, videos, and content. The VA will be expected to:

• Organize and repurpose those assets
• Follow the clinic's schedule and promotions
• Maintain consistent marketing activity
• Help ensure leads and patients move through established nurture processes

This is a hands-on marketing execution role. The client will provide business direction but wants someone experienced enough to:

• Identify what content or input is needed
• Keep the marketing workflow moving without constant supervision

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous digital marketing experience required
• Social media management experience required
• Canva experience required
• Short-form video editing experience required
• Email and SMS marketing experience strongly preferred
• CRM or marketing automation experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare, wellness, medical, or similar experience a plus
• Mindbody experience a plus
• Klaviyo or similar platform experience a plus
• GleanTap experience not required; training can be provided
• Willingness to get a HIPAA certification if needed
• Basic SEO and website maintenance experience is a plus

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: 10 AM - 2 PM PST

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
