SCP Hospitality is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support and enhance our digital presence across a growing portfolio of purpose-driven properties. This role is ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves—building and optimizing website experiences, executing SEO strategies, and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital touchpoints are engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.
What You’ll Do:

Website Management & Execution

Build and update website pages across properties using WordPress

Maintain website content, including copy, images, PDFs, and links

Perform ongoing QA to ensure functionality across devices and browsers

Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

SEO Execution & Optimization
-
Execute on-page SEO (metadata, headers, internal linking)

Support keyword research and content optimization using AI tools

Collaborate on ongoing SEO initiatives across properties

Content & Digital Support
-
Draft, refine, and format website content
-
Adapt internal content for web optimization and brand alignment

Ensure all content reflects SCP’s storytelling voice and standards

Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

Support campaign tracking (UTMs, tagging, GA4)

Monitor performance and identify trends and opportunities

Use AI tools to analyze data and surface actionable insights

Collaborate on optimization strategies

AI & Workflow Innovation

Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, SEO, and workflows
-
Identify opportunities to scale and improve digital processes
-
Stay current on emerging trends in AI and digital marketing
Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or web management
-
Strong experience with WordPress website builds and updates
-
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page and local SEO)
-
Experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and performance analysis

Comfortable using AI tools to support content and workflows
-
Strong attention to detail with excellent QA skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience working with multi-location brands or managing multiple websites is a plus
-
Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is preferred
-
Portfolio or examples demonstrating website management, page builds, or SEO/content work is a plus
