As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our online marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive revenue. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to identify and target key demographics, improve our online presence, and boost customer engagement.

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels including social media, email, and paid advertising
• Utilizing market research and customer insights to identify and target key demographics
• Collaborating with the sales and product teams to develop and implement online promotions and sales initiatives
• Monitoring and analyzing website and social media analytics to track and report on campaign performance and website traffic
• Managing and optimizing SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising efforts
• Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts
• Managing and delegating tasks to the digital marketing team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and influencers in the sports industry to enhance brand visibility and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on sports-related industries
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
