Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager leads the companyβs marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, and demand generation infrastructure across Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo. This role drives lead quality, data governance, funnel efficiency, and revenue growth through automation, segmentation, analytics, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own the administration, governance, optimization, and strategic roadmap for Pardot and ZoomInfo.

Develop and optimize lead management, audience segmentation, nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle programs.

Manage data enrichment, prospecting, and account intelligence strategies to improve lead quality and sales effectiveness.

Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and integrated systems.

Monitor and resolve platform synchronization, automation, and data integrity issues.

Align processes, reporting, and funnel performance with larger business needs.

Develop attribution models, dashboards, and reporting that provide actionable business insights.

Evaluate and implement new automation capabilities, AI solutions, and process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or a related field.

Advanced experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and ZoomInfo.

Experience managing lead lifecycle programs, segmentation strategies, nurturing, and lead scoring frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and attribution models.

Experience with data governance, enrichment, integrations, and marketing technology administration.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing teams.
