Role Description
Your role will involve developing and executing a strategy to grow our offerings via social media, content, paid, and email marketing channels guided by Lisaβs vision and delivered by our Content Manager.

B2C marketing to attract and convert leads into coaching clients, Social Bloom group members, and Love Bloom event attendees.

B2B marketing to build Lisa's credibility and visibility within the professional and B2B community to generate referral partnerships with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals.

Support the recruitment of coaches as we expand into new geographic markets.
Qualifications

3β5 years of related digital marketing experience ideally in wellness, mental health, and coaching.

Skilled and experienced in leveraging AI resources and tools to work more efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to drive social media engagement.

Demonstrated ability to drive direct response actions (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals).

Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness.

Self-directed, organized, and able to own, strategize, and be accountable for all projects and tasks.
Requirements

Target mental health practitioners, clinicians, and aligned organizations in the NYC market to generate referral flow.

Lead mining, enrichment, marketing outreach.

LinkedIn marketing.

Email & Autoresponder Management: Listbuilding, create/manage automated messaging flows, lead tagging, list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability monitoring.

Paid Meta Advertising: Audience development, budget/bid management, retargeting, creative performance analysis, ROI analysis.

Landing Pages: Strategy, coordination with Content Manager and web development team, integration with advertising channels and autoresponder.

Tracking & Analytics: UTM, GTM, GA4 tracking across all organic, paid, email, and referral touchpoints.

Performance reporting & communication.

Funnel Development: Create and manage funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).

AI: Recommend AI strategies, resources, and tools to deliver greater efficiency and results.
