Role Description
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for Growth Mindset Learning Lab. We are seeking a creative and data-driven individual who is passionate about education and understands the importance of marketing in driving growth and engagement. You will have the opportunity to shape, execute, and monitor our digital marketing efforts across various platforms to reach and engage with our target audience.

Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PPC.

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful visual and written content.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to keep up with the changing digital landscape.

Manage relationships with digital agencies and other vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

Develop and manage budgets for all digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Experience with managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and email marketing.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
