Role Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager at exnaton, you will join our 25 people team and shape the company and its vision from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in building and executing exnaton’s digital marketing strategy and drive the inbound marketing pipeline to support our growth. Now that we've established an initial customer base, the focus is on scaling up, requiring the establishment of the right go-to-market strategy and processes. Therefore, we are seeking an addition to our team who will support us in the following areas:
- Develop, implement and continuously refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, performance metrics and industry trends;
- Enhance online visibility, increase website traffic, and drive an inbound marketing pipeline to generate high-quality B2B leads;
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns;
- Improve search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies;
- Utilize both paid and organic digital marketing tactics to boost traffic and conversions;
- Analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness, create detailed reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization;
- Create compelling content, design visuals, and maintain a strong and professional marketing presence;
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Ideally holds a university degree in fields related to marketing, business administration, communications, or has relevant industry experience;
- Has minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, and other paid and organic strategies;
- Has strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, performance metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights;
- Presents strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Has hands-on experience with graphical design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva as well as basic experience in video creation and editing for digital campaigns would be a big plus;
- Is fluent in English (fluency in other languages is a significant plus);
- Is a team player and feels comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
