Role Description

Gururo Digital Marketing is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on branding, content creation, and organic growth strategies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on visual content, brand building, and SEO rather than paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging posters and social media creatives
• Develop and maintain brand identity across platforms
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Plan and execute content strategies for organic growth
• Build high-quality backlinks and improve SEO performance
• Manage social media pages and ensure consistent branding
• Collaborate on content ideas and campaign planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong skills in poster design and visual content creation (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience in video creation/editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Understanding of branding and brand consistency
• Hands-on experience with backlink building and basic SEO
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Requirements

• Nice to Have: Basic copywriting skills
