[Hiring] Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist @RevCats

Role Description

RevCats / Rocket Hire Recruiting is looking for a hands-on digital marketing and client acquisition specialist to help us grow our recruiting business while also supporting recruitment marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a hybrid role combining cold email, lead generation, Meta advertising, campaign analytics, recruitment marketing, and client support.

You will work across two sides of our business:

Client Acquisition

• Building targeted prospect lists
• Creating and managing cold email campaigns
• Writing outreach messages and follow-up sequences
• Monitoring replies and campaign performance
• Helping generate qualified sales conversations
• Managing prospect activity within our CRM and systems
• Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Reviewing campaign analytics and making adjustments to improve performance

Recruitment Marketing & Client Support

• Managing client job advertising
• Monitoring candidate flow within our recruiting systems
• Reviewing job advertising and recruitment campaign performance
• Helping improve candidate response and applicant volume
• Tracking campaign activity and results
• Supporting reporting and client updates

Qualifications

• Experience managing cold email campaigns
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting
• An understanding of digital marketing analytics
• The ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Strong written English
• Strong spoken English
• Professional communication skills
• Good organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with recruiting, recruitment marketing, job boards, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or agency environments is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Comfortable reviewing data, testing different approaches, and making informed adjustments to targeting, messaging, audiences, campaigns, and follow-up activity.
• Reliability for scheduled meetings is essential.
