[Hiring] Digital Marketing Analyst @Neogen Corporation

Role Description

NEOGEN Digital Marketing Analyst supports our LATAM digital marketing team. The responsibilities will include:

• Social media management for our LATAM accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• Executing campaign strategies
• Creating marketing digital assets such as email templates, forms, and landing pages on Eloqua (marketing automation)
• SEO, website optimization, and maintenance
• Assigning new leads to sales representatives on Salesforce CRM
• Collecting and analyzing data from social media, Google, and Eloqua for digital reports

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for:

• Creating and developing content for forms, landing pages, and email templates within Eloqua
• Supporting website design, development, and planning
• Executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Managing lead generation and lead routing processes
• Supporting content ecosystem administration through platforms such as Bynder and Seismic
• Monitoring marketing KPIs and campaign performance to optimize results

The position requires:

• Maintaining consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, messaging, and approved materials
• Using only content validated by marketing, technical, and legal stakeholders to ensure traceability and compliance
• Keeping Quality Management System (QMS) documentation up to date
• Contributing to preventive actions and continuous process improvements
• Maintaining an organized and compliant work environment

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• At least one year of relevant experience (two years preferred)
• Knowledge of marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua and Salesforce preferred)
• Expertise in digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, UX/UI design, SEO, SEM, marketing analytics, business intelligence tools, and reporting is highly desirable
• Intermediate to advanced level of English required
