Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager who knows how to own client relationships, guide strategy, and keep projects moving without breaking a sweat. If you’re a proactive communicator, naturally curious, and love helping businesses grow, you’ll fit right in.
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients—from onboarding through ongoing optimization. This role is equal parts communication, strategy, and problem-solving.

Own and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

Lead client meetings, status updates, and ongoing reporting

Ensure work is on track, in scope, and aligned with client goals

Monitor performance, surface insights, and partner with specialists to guide strategy

Provide education and help clients understand SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals

Proactively identify challenges or opportunities before clients do

Maintain a minimum retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+
Qualifications

2+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
-
1+ year working inside a digital marketing agency (SEO/PPC experience required)

Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads reporting

Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Manager reporting

Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret own performance reports and KPIs

Comfort discussing strategy, KPIs, and digital performance with clarity and confidence

Solid understanding of SEO and Paid Media

Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify

Experience in Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) is a plus

Strong communicator with clear, confident writing and speaking skills

Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities

Self-directed, resourceful, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Agency: 3 years (Required)

Customer Service/Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
