Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketer to manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with additional support across paid social channels. This role is suited to a highly operational, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly inside advertising accounts, improving campaign performance, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple education-focused brands operating internationally.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts

Proven experience improving quality scores, click-through rates, and cost efficiency through daily optimisation

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and similar campaign structures

Experience managing Microsoft Ads and cross-platform paid search campaigns
-
Strong keyword research skills and a track record of expanding profitable keyword coverage
-
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets carefully and make sound allocation decisions across multiple accounts

Comfortable compiling reports and communicating campaign performance clearly
-
Experience using AI tools to automate or improve account management workflows, reporting, analysis, and optimisation tasks

Clear understanding of where automation adds value and where human judgement remains essential

Google Ads certifications will be advantageous

Experience with Meta advertising and other paid social platforms will be beneficial

Previous experience in education, lead generation, or multi-brand environments will be advantageous
Requirements

Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts daily across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and budgets remain on track

Monitor and optimise quality scores by improving ad relevance, landing page alignment, and click-through performance

Review search term reports regularly to identify negative keywords, reduce wasted spend, and uncover new keyword opportunities

Adjust bids and budgets in line with performance trends, monthly pacing, and cost-per-lead targets
-
Maintain well-structured campaigns with clear ad group themes, appropriate match types, and logical account hierarchy
-
Conduct ongoing keyword research and expansion to improve coverage and capture new search demand
-
Identify high-intent long-tail keyword opportunities and implement these into campaign builds
-
Analyse competitor activity and auction insights to identify gaps and areas for growth
-
Write, test, and refine ad copy variations to improve click-through rates and overall campaign performance
-
Manage responsive search ads and monitor asset-level performance
-
Ensure ad extensions are fully built out, relevant, and regularly refreshed
-
Collaborate with internal creative teams to align landing page messaging with advertising content
-
Track daily and monthly spend across all campaigns and flag pacing concerns early
-
Reallocate budget across campaigns and brands based on performance and business priorities
-
Compile regular reports on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, quality score, conversion rate, cost per lead, and impression share
-
Identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities, and act on them independently
-
Design and run structured A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches
-
Support paid social activity across platforms such as Meta and emerging channels by assisting with setup, optimisation, and monitoring

Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for recurring account management tasks such as reporting, anomaly detection, budget checks, and keyword analysis
-
Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining sound judgement over high-impact decisions
