[Hiring] Digital Marketer Google Ads Specialist @Closet Factory

Role Description

Closet Factory, one of the most adored home improvement franchise companies, is looking for an experienced full-time remote digital marketer to join our in-house digital team. The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and some familiarity with Microsoft Search Advertising.

You will be assisting in the management of our ad accounts and working under our Vice President of Digital Marketing. Although you will spend a good part of your workday working on the ad accounts, you must also feel comfortable interfacing with our franchisees via Teams and email discussing budgets, growth, and account results.

Google Ad campaigns we focus on:

• Performance Max
• Search – AI Max
• YouTube/Demand Gen
• YouTube Premium

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ongoing optimization of campaigns in multiple accounts
• Monthly meetings with franchisees to review budget, performance, and expansion
• Stay current on changes, updates, and learning specific to these platforms
• Conversion focused
• Update ad copy and images
• Basic skill in Photoshop

Qualifications

• Experience with Google, preferably 4+ years
• Google Ads Certification helpful
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor
• In-depth knowledge setting up and launching campaigns
• Troubleshooting skills
• Search ad specialist
• Keyword themes
• Good at identifying negative keywords
• Good with applying excluded content
• Audience targeting
• Keyword expansion
• Catchy on-brand ad copy
• Google Asset Studio

Requirements

• Creative problem-solving abilities to improve under-performing campaigns
• Ability to look for an edge in a competitive vertical
• Knowledge in Meta Ads, WordPress/Gutenberg editing, and GA4 is helpful
• Eye for interior design is a plus
