Role Description

Within our Digital Marketing & Performance practice, we operate across the full funnel - from building awareness to driving engagement, conversion, and long-term value. Ecommerce, brand campaigns, and digital experiences all play a key role in that ecosystem.

We’re looking for a versatile Digital Marketeer based in Spain who helps shape how we support clients in the Spanish market—and contributes across delivery, client relationships, and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• You are the connector between clients, strategy, and execution.
• Support the development of proposals and presales materials for new and existing clients.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
• Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects from briefing to delivery.
• Create and adapt concepts & copy for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing assets (Spanish + English).
• Follow digital and social media trends in Spain and translate them into client opportunities and ideas.
• Collaborate with international teams (strategy, media, design, development) to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support campaign execution across digital channels (social media, paid media, content, email, etc.).
• Contribute to ecommerce, influencer marketing, or performance marketing initiatives where relevant.
• Help identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Curiosity about digital trends and how brands grow online.
• Experience with influencer marketing and/or ecommerce is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
• Solid copywriting skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Experience in account management or project coordination in digital environments.
• Good understanding of social media, digital advertising, and content ecosystems.
• Ability to connect client needs to clear digital solutions and opportunities.
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset.
