Role Description
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketer to manage content distribution, SEO, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, and analytics. You will not be managing a large team or setting strategy from a distance. You will be in the tools every day, building campaigns, analyzing performance, and improving what is not working.
If you are a self-directed digital marketer who can operate across multiple channels simultaneously, write clearly for a technical B2B audience, and connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes, this role is a strong fit.
Responsibilities

Content Marketing and SEO

Manage the content calendar and coordinate publication of blog posts, case studies, insights, and thought leadership content

Optimize existing and new content for organic search performance across target keywords

Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities that drive qualified inbound traffic

Ensure all content is on-brand, technically accurate, and written for a sophisticated B2B audience

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
-
Create and schedule posts that build brand authority and engage a technical B2B audience
-
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally

Identify opportunities to amplify content and expand reach through employee advocacy or partnerships

Paid Advertising

Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution

Write and test ad copy and creative for a B2B technology audience

Email Marketing

Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences for prospects and existing contacts
-
Maintain list hygiene and segmentation across the email database

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics and iterate based on performance

Analytics and Reporting

Track and report on marketing performance across all channels including traffic, leads, pipeline influence, and channel-level ROI

Use data to identify what is working and make informed decisions about where to focus effort and budget

Maintain marketing dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership

Website and CRO Support
-
Support website content updates, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization
-
Ensure all marketing pages are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for search and lead capture
Qualifications

Proven experience in a digital marketing role covering SEO, content, social media, paid advertising, and email
-
Comfortable writing for a technical B2B audience including AI, software engineering, and enterprise technology topics

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with a focus on lead generation

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar

Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions based on it

Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously

Excellent written English communication skills
Nice to Have

Background marketing for a technology services, AI, or software development company

Experience managing content marketing for a B2B brand with a long sales cycle

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar

Understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and how to market to technical decision-makers

Experience with account-based marketing or intent data tools
