[Hiring] Digital Engagement Executive @Alzheimer's Society

Role Description

As part of our Omnichannel Team, you’ll help shape how we connect with people through email and SMS. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, not just delivering great campaigns, but helping others feel confident and supported in doing the same.

What you’ll do:

• Create and deliver email and SMS campaigns that are clear, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.
• Consider how messages feel as well as how they perform, ensuring they reach people at the right time and in the right way.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to plan and improve their campaigns, offering feedback that builds confidence and supports learning.
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure communications are joined up, relevant, and aligned with supporter priorities.
• Build and improve automated journeys and integrations for smoother, more personalised experiences.
• Analyze performance data, run tests, and use insights to continuously improve communication strategies.
• Act as a go-to person for our email and SMS platforms, sharing knowledge and helping others develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Some experience with email marketing, including planning, designing, building, or testing campaigns.
• Enjoyment in creating content calendars that reflect the organisation’s priorities and vision.
• Confidence in writing and adapting tone and style to connect with different audiences.
• Experience or interest in automations or integrations for sending emails or SMS messages.
• Comfort in providing thoughtful, supportive feedback that helps others grow.
• Interest in exploring data to identify what’s working and how to improve.
• Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships and celebrate team wins.
