Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Digital Specialist at Sparklight Advertising. The role involves:

• Developing and executing digital strategies
• Managing digital marketing campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal results
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to align projects with business objectives
• Managing timelines and maintaining effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and optimize digital campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work with clients and internal teams
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective digital strategies
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
