Role Description

As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital team with the planning, onboarding, and maintaining digital marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or client-facing roles is preferred.

Requirements

• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
• Assist in the implementation, onboarding, and renewals of digital marketing initiatives across various channels.
• Work closely with our sales, creative, content, and digital advertisement teams to ensure seamless development of engaging digital assets, ad copy, and paid media campaigns that align with client objectives.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to project manage all aspects of digital campaigns.
• Conduct thorough QA checks on campaign assets and materials to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client specifications.
• Input and organize campaign data into our CRM for internal teams, ensuring all necessary information is available for efficient campaign setup and execution.
