Role Description
GENYOUth is currently seeking to fill the role of Marketing and Development Intern with a recent college graduate interested in and with experience in fundraising/development, database management, marketing, graphics, non-profit management, CSR and youth health and wellness.
- Paid Internship: $18/hour
- Location: U.S. Remote (Eastern time zone preferred)
- Hours: 35 hours/week, M-F
- Start Date: Starting in May or early June for a period of 12 weeks with the intention/possibility of extending for a maximum assignment of up to 12 months (subject to performance evaluations)

Qualifications
- Recent graduate (minimum of a bachelor's degree) from December 2024 or on pace to graduate in May 2025
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Students should be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
Requirements
- Strong organizational, research and reporting skills
- Ability to story-tell and create sell sheets/proposals/program recaps for different audiences
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Storytelling capabilities
- Graphic capabilities such as Canva and PowerPoint
- Willingness to listen, learn and contribute
- Confidence to present/share new ideas and points-of-view to GENYOUth management and team members during weekly staff meetings

- Interns are not benefits eligible and do not get paid time off
- Interns get reimbursed for approved out-of-pocket expenses for flights, lodging and other business expenses related to travel during the internship
