Role Description

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. This role exists to close the gap between what Linear can do and what people think it can do.

We’re looking for someone who will live inside the product, discover what’s possible, and show the world. This includes:

• Figuring out the most compelling use cases for Linear’s AI agent.
• Demonstrating real workflows that teams can adopt.
• Getting those stories out through various formats, such as tweets, videos, blog posts, or live demos at conferences.

Think of it as a product-obsessed marketer who is genuinely technical and knows how to communicate with depth.

Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Someone technical who understands how software gets built.
• Deep product intuition and the ability to think in workflows and use cases.
• Comfortable on camera and on stage.
• Twitter/X smart with an understanding of the platform.
• Curious and self-directed.
• Able to create video content end to end.

Requirements

• Deeply understand Linear’s product, especially our AI agent and newer capabilities.
• Create content that demonstrates productive, real-world use cases.
• Build relationships with engineering and product-focused creators.
• Work with our video team to produce technical product content.
• Partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing documentation.
• Stay plugged into relevant conversations on X, in newsletters, and at events.
