[Hiring] Demand Generation Specialist @Doctoralia Spain

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and strategic Demand Generation Specialist to join our Spanish Marketing team in Docplanner. In this role, you will own end-to-end demand generation initiatives across our Doctoralia clinic product lines (Clinic Agenda, Clinic Cloud, and Noa) with the primary goal of growing new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) in Spain.

This role has a Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) orientation:

• Design and execute targeted programmes to identify, target, and attract clinics that match our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Drive higher revenue and operational efficiency for those clinics.
• Combine account-specific ABM initiatives and demand generation initiatives.
• Personalised outreach sequences and close collaboration with Sales.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of revenue growth by building and executing demand generation campaigns.
• Experience working in the Spanish market; deep understanding of local business culture and buyer behaviour.
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical software, or regulated industries is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Demand Generation and ABM methodologies and experience running targeted, account-level programmes.
• Experience planning and executing ABM-oriented initiatives such as exclusive dinners, tailored webinars, and targeted campaigns: from concept to end-to-end execution.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent) and Automation tools (Clay).
• Ability to design and manage multi-touch follow-up programmes that move target accounts through the funnel in coordination with Sales.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and drawing actionable insights based on data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft personalised, compelling messaging.
