Role Description
This role involves driving growth through Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing. The Demand Generation Specialist will develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Develop high impact demand generation programs across the buyer journey
- Use Marketing Automation to set up basic emails, list selections, registration pages, and workflows
- Prioritize and manage demand generation programs: email nurture, events, webinars
- Build lead scoring, routing, and lead lifecycle processes in HubSpot
- Measure and report on key SaaS demand generation metrics and campaign results
- Provide visibility into channel and campaign-specific effectiveness
- Optimize SiteZeus awareness and conversion across online channels
- Increase traffic through Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Refine and manage paid search campaigns (SEM/PPC)
- Execute website A/B testing and personalization to increase conversion rates (CRO)
- Manage content updates and landing pages on the existing website
- Develop and innovate social media marketing strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in B2B or SaaS marketing preferred
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Marketing related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Experience using one or more leading Marketing Automation platforms, Hubspot preferred
- Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
- Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign results, building reports, and manipulating data
- Willingness to learn and flourish in a high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- SEO, SEM, Social Media Savvy
