Role Description
Magna Technology Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for building and scaling demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor, with experience operating in a fast-paced start-up environment.
This Manager role involves close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Recruiting teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, while leveraging data, technology, and AI-driven tools to continuously optimize performance and ROI.
Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

Develop and launch integrated digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth

Collaborate with Sales team to plan, execute, and launch targeted campaigns

Utilize platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance
-
Digital Marketing Execution

Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, web, and paid media
-
Monitor performance and continuously optimize spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness

Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency

Content & Sales Enablement

Oversee the creation and distribution of multi-format content, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales decks

Assist Sales teams by developing case studies and supporting materials for client conversations

Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across marketing and sales assets

Program Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Evaluate, set, and manage budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives
-
Manage logistics and budgets for sales initiatives, including travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration
-
Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on goals, forecasting, and performance tracking

Provide marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team as needed

Act as a key stakeholder in driving alignment across departments
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation

Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution

Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Quota-carrying sales experience

Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing
