We are looking for a full-time CRO Specialist to join our fun-loving remote team of 30+ people from 6 countries.

This is a full-time job. NOT a freelancing engagement or a part-time role.

Scope of Work:
- Develop data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to boost conversion performance.
- Analyze website behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, etc., to uncover growth opportunities.
- Identify personalization strategies tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Lead webpage redesign projects grounded in CRO best practices and user experience (UX) principles.
- Deliver detailed test reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with design, development, and content teams to bring CRO insights to life.
Secondary Scope:
- Conduct CRO-focused competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage tracking setups, including tags, events, and goals in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and integrate learnings into optimization strategies.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a CRO Specialist or similar role with hands-on experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Core Skills
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and CRO tools (GA4, OptinMonster, VWO, or similar).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design fundamentals.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Comfortable translating complex data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CMS platforms like Shopify and WordPress.
- Familiarity with landing page tools such as Unbounce, HubSpot, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- CRO experience in eCommerce or SaaS environments.
