Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / Shopify A/B Testing Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience with Shopify e-commerce platforms, advanced A/B testing methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing experimentation strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates, revenue, and customer experience.
You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and improve overall business performance through continuous experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across Shopify stores, including landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and other critical customer touchpoints.

Own the CRO roadmap by identifying conversion opportunities and prioritizing experiments based on potential business impact.

Develop data-driven hypotheses and testing strategies focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, customer engagement, and retention.

Apply deep Shopify knowledge to optimize store performance, user experience, and conversion funnels.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to create, implement, and evaluate test variations.

Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics and behavioral tracking platforms.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on test results.

Create clear and detailed reports covering experiment performance, insights, learnings, and business impact.

Continuously improve customer journeys through ongoing experimentation, analysis, and optimization.
Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation.

Deep hands-on experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus stores is mandatory.

Proven experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and scaling successful A/B testing programs in e-commerce environments.

Strong understanding of CRO frameworks, UX principles, customer psychology, and e-commerce conversion funnels.

Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and behavioral analysis solutions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.

Experience working closely with designers and developers to implement testing variations.

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
