You’ll own the CRO strategy, lead client conversations, and work with our researcher, designers, and developers to bring your ideas to life. TASKS

• Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for your clients.
• Turn customer research and funnel data into clear, prioritised hypotheses.
• Brief designers and developers on experiments, landing pages, and improvements.
• Lead client calls, present ideas, and guide decisions with confidence.
• Work with our operations team to keep feedback, approvals, and test launches moving.
• Evaluate experiments, communicate results, and turn learnings into the next opportunity.
• Your goal: help our clients generate more revenue from their existing traffic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce CRO and A/B testing.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and an understanding of customer psychology.
• A solid grasp of testing statistics and how to interpret results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• An independent, organised working style with ownership and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Intelligems or similar tools.
• Curiosity about using AI to improve research, analysis, and your workflow.
• Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
