[Hiring] Creator Manager @Winona

Role Description

We’re looking for a Creator Manager to join our team and help us build and grow Winona’s creator network. In this role, you’ll own our creator supply across paid advertising, organic social, and TikTok Shop affiliates. You’ll source and build relationships with creators through TikTok, creator agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach, while managing the process from onboarding through content delivery.

TikTok Shop experience is essential. You should already understand how TikTok Shop and its creator/affiliate ecosystem work and be comfortable recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate creators.

You’ll also manage a small team of Virtual Assistants who support creator outreach, affiliate management, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building things, improving processes, and growing a creator program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Grow the Creator Network
  • Source and recruit creators through TikTok, agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach.
  • Build a strong and diverse creator pipeline to support our paid and organic content needs.
  • Identify new creator segments and opportunities as the network grows.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and maintain a positive creator experience.
• Manage Creator Relationships & Content
  • Own the creator relationship from first contact through onboarding, briefing, deliverables, revisions, and payment.
  • Negotiate creator terms, including deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
  • Make sure usage rights are secured before content is published or used in paid placements.
  • Keep the creator pipeline organized and ensure content is delivered on time and to the expected standard.
• Grow TikTok Shop Affiliates
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators.
  • Help grow TikTok Shop as a key acquisition and sales channel.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager and VA team on affiliate priorities and day-to-day management.
• Lead the VA Team
  • Manage and develop a small team of Virtual Assistants supporting creator outreach and operations.
  • Set clear standards and expectations for outreach, affiliate management, and social commerce execution.
  • Review work regularly and make sure creator operations stay organized and on track.
• Manage the Content Pipeline
  • Make sure creator content reaches the right teams for paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership ads, and organic social.
  • Maintain an organized and searchable content library with usage rights clearly documented.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Organic Social, Growth, Copy, Design, Video, Finance, and Legal.
• Track & Report
  • Monitor active creators, content volume, cost per asset, creator performance, and affiliate results.
  • Use performance insights to identify gaps and opportunities within the creator network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing and managing creators at volume, with a network and track record you can speak to.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, especially recruiting and managing affiliate creators.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and what makes creators want to work with a brand.
• Experience working with creator agencies and marketplaces, with good judgment around when to use each versus direct outreach.
• Experience negotiating creator terms, including usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables.
• Experience managing a VA or remote operations team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume creator pipeline.
• Strong written communication skills, especially when managing creator relationships remotely.
• A growth mindset and the ability to build a creator network and program from a small base.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and following through.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience selling through TikTok Shop and Amazon, including listings, merchandising, and promotions.
• Experience building a creator program from the ground up.
• A strategic understanding of creator growth and how to scale a network without sacrificing content quality.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, supplements, or wellness.
• Familiarity with menopause, perimenopause, or women's midlife health.
• Experience with creator marketplaces or affiliate management platforms.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management tools, communication platforms, and other tools needed to manage creator operations.
