Role Description
As the Creative Traffic Coordinator, you support the technical execution of creative tasks across client campaigns. Your role ensures creative assets are properly prepared, uploaded, approved, and tracked so campaigns can launch smoothly and accurately on time.

Preparing, formatting, and organizing creative assets for use across active client campaigns

Uploading banner and video creative into Simpli.fi with correct scheduling based on Asana tasks

Uploading video creative into Jumpshare for client sharing

Applying EHO and ADA logos to videos using Adobe Premiere when needed
-
Requesting approval in Hulu by gathering required assets, specs, and campaign details
-
Using Asana to track tasks, timelines, and campaign requirements
-
Updating the creative tracker in HubSpot to reflect relevant dates, creative ownership, and share links
-
Performing QA to ensure assets display correctly in Simpli.fi and align with campaign requirements

Troubleshooting basic issues related to creative specs, file formats, fonts, and/or platform requirements
-
Supporting minor creative fixes such as resizing assets or updating specs as needed
-
Maintaining visibility into which creative is live across active campaigns and ensuring accurate tracking

Supporting overall creative operations by helping maintain organized creative databases and records
-
Collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Client Success, Onboarding, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

1+ year work experience in digital marketing or equivalent role

Experience working across multiple platforms to prepare and manage creative assets

Experience in quality checking creative assets for clarity, accuracy and bugs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative specs, naming conventions, and platform requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally

Experience managing tasks and workflows in a task or project management system (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)

Familiarity with DSPs (Demand-Side Platform) such as Simpli.fi is a huge plus
-
Basic experience making minor creative adjustments (such as resizing, formatting, or simple text edits) is a plus
-
Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment

Light familiarity with video tools like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
