[Hiring] Creative Strategy Lead @BM Digital

Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.

You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.

What You Will Own

• The creative standard: Set the bar across every client, every format, every platform. Track what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok, translate those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
• The team: Improve the performance creative strategists who own day-to-day client accounts. Enhance their skills in diagnosing underperformance and owning a creative point of view.
• The production process: Collaborate with the lead editor to build standards, workflows, and SOPs that ensure high-output production.
• Creator and talent alignment: Work closely with the head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator processes are in sync.
• New client launches: Own the creative side of onboarding to build frameworks that find early wins fast.
• The senior creative voice: Present creative strategy with conviction, provide feedback, and help clients understand their creative performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance creative, primarily at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients.
• Experience driving revenue with measurable effects on conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
• Fluency in direct response creative, understanding what drives engagement and conversion.
• Experience in developing junior strategists and managing teams under performance pressure.
• Ability to maintain high quality and client confidence while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok, backed by data.
• Experience operating at volume while keeping teams aligned and clients satisfied.

Benefits

• $180,000 - $420,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
