Role Description

This role involves managing client relationships and executing marketing campaigns to drive performance and ROI.

  • Manage Client Relationships – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and alignment on marketing goals.
  • Execute Email Marketing Campaigns – Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Manage Paid Media Campaigns – Oversee Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creatives to drive performance and ROI.
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaigns – Track key metrics like open rates, CTR, ROAS, and CPA, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Coordinate with Creative Teams – Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure all marketing materials align with the campaign strategy.
  • Own Campaign Execution – Troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or paid media campaigns within a marketing agency setting.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience is a plus) and/or managing paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
  • Strong understanding of how to track campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and make optimization decisions based on data.
  • Confident communication in English with U.S.-based clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in both written and spoken interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Understanding of how email marketing, paid media, and platforms like Shopify work together to drive online sales.
