[Hiring] Creative Strategist (Brand Manager) @Dr. Paws

Role Description

• Fast-growing pet brand working across 3x countries selling supplements for dogs & cats.
• Creative Direction:
  • Determine Buying Personas, Brand Pillars & content strategy.
• Content Plan:
  • Create emotional storytelling through engaging video formats.
• Content Sourcing:
  • Strong experience sourcing, briefing, and managing internal creators, influencers, and external creators.
• Campaign Management:
  • Weekly campaigns on all our Socials.
• Brief designers:
  • Provide data-driven insights to creative teams for new assets.
• Testing:
  • A/B tests on hooks, copy, CTAs & formats.
• Analyze metrics:
  • Track full-funnel data and make informed decisions.
• End Goal: Create Sales via Followers + Engagement on our Socials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid social or paid search campaigns.
• Strong track record of writing high-converting scripts, hooks, and messaging with emotional storytelling.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing concepts & formats.
• Experience in growing Social Media channels.
• Understanding of creative formats and algorithmic requirements on different platforms.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced creative pipeline and collaborate smoothly with media buyers.
• Native Bahasa Malaysia.
• Very Fluent in English.
